Rustic weekend at Die Laaitjie

Rustic weekend at Die Laaitjie

We spent the weekend at Die Laaitjie, a small farm just outside Robertson, and stayed in one of their charming cottages. It was very rustic and simple but ideal for a relaxing weekend away. Having no TV forced us to just read, listen to the birds and enjoy the amazing views. It really was a treat. This little spot is a great Autumn destination, the days are still sunny enough for walks and lazing on the deck and then the chilly evenings are perfect for lighting up a fire indoors. Bliss!
