Sexy Food on Bree

September 2, 2016

Sexy Food, Bree Street
Kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, kombucha, tempeh beans, miso… these are not items you see on a regular restaurant menu but don’t let that put you off! Sexy Food owner, James Kuiper, and his team will educate you all about the timeless art of fermented foods which is what they specialise in. Sexy Food is all about health and feel good food that actually benefits your gut and body.

This small and vibrant eatery is situated at the top end of Bree Street and is a must for any nature loving foodie. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and tried kefir for the first time. I was sold on it right away and bought a jar to take home and add to my everyday meals. I’m hoping to improve my eating habits and so this spot might just become a new favourite! You can read more about the Sexy Food journey here and find them at 190 Bree Street. What are your thoughts on fermented foods? Are you a fan?

Oh this sounds like a hippie food heaven/haven!

I love kimchi, kombucha, and kefir (anything else that starts with a K?)

I can’t wait to stop by when I’m in the city!
