Kitchen goals for an eclectic home

Fort Green Kitchen
I spotted this charming kitchen over on Home Polish. I love the contrast of the clean marble counter top with the rustic wooden floating shelves and the array of colourful crockery to add character and interest. The kitchen is actually on the top floor of a renovated church which explains the interesting woodwork and angles. I love an eclectic kitchen that has personality and that isn’t too perfect.

The Home Polish kitchen reminds me of one I photographed last year for Apartment Therapy, belonging to the lovely Abi of Soul Design Jewllery. Although some details differ, Abi’s kitchen also has the floating shelves, open plan layout and same warm feeling.

(Hop over here to see the rest of Abi’s house tour.)
