Lunch at Regine’s is always a treat! Yesterday she whipped up a hearty three course meal that no one could resist. Some endive starters which I forgot to take a photo of, followed by a carrot and yellow pepper soup with shrimps and warm crusty bread. Then onto the main meal, a Bulgarian inspired stew, with spicy cabbage and delicious rosemary potatoes. Finally dessert… a choice of citron pie, chocolate brownies with pears, ice cream or cream! Totally decadent!
