My poor orchid

My poor orchid

So I have to admit, I think I may have successfully killed my beautiful, new, beloved orchid! Came home to find wilting petals and quite a few of the flowers had dropped off. I can’t believe it, is there a cure?! I’ve moved it to another part of the house and hopefully it will recover. In the meanwhile I think I’ll have to stick to dried flowers, a safe bet for sure!

No – this happens! Its naturally – you know plants die and there will be new ones.

oh no. Orchids are so pretty. I received an orchid last month and I was told that they only need to be watered once a week. My kind of plant. I hope it can rebound!

Dont worry, its their process. Just keep watering as you have been and it will sprout again in a few months!

No more water! they don't need much. i went through the same thing with all my orchids. that wilting is too much love – sorry! water!
Get a spray bottle and mist the leaves, moss and soil every other day..just like it happens in the rainforest wher they come from. Don't spray the flowers though, just the green bits. LOVE your blog!
