Quirky French home

The Socialite Family-Aurelie Lecuyer

Yesterday I discovered a stunning French blog called The Socialite Family which features and explores a collection of homes which belong to ‘smart & cool families’.

One home in particular really appealed to me. It belongs to stylist Aurélie Lecuyer and her family. I love the overall spaciousness of their home and the unusual, quirky touches that you’ll spot throughout. Aurélie has very cleverly mixed old and new pieces in a simple and understated way. The clusters of paper lamps add a fun element and I’m mad about the deep charcoal walls. See the rest of their home here and do take a look at Aurélie’s lovely blog too. Wishing you a fabulous weekend!

  1. absolutely stunning

  2. This is such an interesting home. I’m not sure its what I would want to live in but I really like the black walls in some of the rooms (Funny how it doesn’t really look “dark” with the right shade and lighting) and the hardwood-floor-like ceiling. Definitely some interesting ideas to delve into! Thanks for introducing an awesome blog!
