This past weekend was a long weekend here in SA, so we decided to get away to Montagu and stayed at a cottage on a lovely, small farm. We explored the town and drank cappuccinos in the winter sunshine, went for a hike in the nature reserve and saw the biggest group of baboons ever, lunched at a wine estate and got hooked on The Event. I also managed to read an entire book. It was really fantastic, if only every weekend were three days long! So what did you get up to?

It’s such a memorable spot isn’t it? We’ve driven past a few times and I’ve always wanted to stop and take pics. This time round we finally made a pit stop!

Such a delightful post!
And for someone living just a bit further north the cherry blossoms are simply surreal at this time of the year ; – )
