South American flavour at Cosecha Restaurant

Cosecha Restaurant at Noble hill
Ever since I saw an image of this amazing wall of potted succulents, I made a mental note to visit Cosecha Restaurant. I finally got to visit last week and was not disappointed. You’ll find Cosecha on Noble Hill Wine Estate, which is just past Babylonstoren so you could even combine a visit to both.

They offer breakfast and lunch on their garden terrace which has a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of beautiful potted succulents and cacti. The menu is a mix of traditional and contemporary latin dishes, from beef enchiladas with borracho beans to fresh ceviches and tequila-marinated carpaccio. I’m not typically a fan of South American cuisine but I really enjoyed my meal, the flavours were fresh and unusual and the service was excellent. And of course we paired our meal with a chardonnay from Noble Hill which is a new favourite.

A quick note: Cosecha will be closed for their winter break from 15 August to 1st of September.
