Rejuvenate & transform with a Kundalini Yoga Retreat

Yoga Asanas

In the West we often tend to think of yoga as a form of exercise however the real practise and understanding of yoga is goes so much deeper than just an hour on the mat. It’s a science of self-mastery and evolution and a way of living that you start to carry through into all aspects of your life.

At the end of last year, I was fortunate to spend a week with Iseut Collin on one of her inspiring Kundalini Yoga and Detox Retreats. It was such an incredible experience and of course a fantastic way to reset body, mind and soul. The location was a beautiful guest house out in the Tulbagh countryside, with breathtaking views all round, which added to the appeal.

Iseut is a warm and generous teacher and passionately shares her knowledge and love for Kundalini yoga. She combines the yoga with juicing and an Ayurvedic diet which ensures that you leave feeling fully revitalised. By the end of the week, my energy levels were on fire and I felt much more aligned and in the flow state.

Iseut will be holding her next retreat in early February and if you’re looking for an opportunity to take time out and to reconnect with yourself, then I highly recommend you join. You can find out more information here.

WHY KUNDALINI YOGA?

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of deep awareness and transformation. A regular practice brings magical shifts and vitality. You become able to change your vibration and to live with purpose, attracting abundance and happiness in your life. The confidence you get from Kundalini Yoga arises from deep within, it does not depend on external circumstances.

WHY DETOX?

A deep cleanse, clears your energy and rebalances your body. It clears the toxins of your body and improves emotional and mental health to move forward into your life. It’s beneficial for improving digestion and creating a stronger immune system.
