A trip to the María Luisa Park is a definite must and a perfect way to escape the heat on a hot Summer’s day. The park is a huge green oasis criss-crossed by tree-lined avenues and filled with fountains and statues. Once again you’ll find plenty of beautiful mosaics and ornate architecture. It’s really quite a magical space. 

Near the main entrance to the park you’ll find the Plaza de España, with its fountains and canals. Another historic landmark of the city, this is a great photo opportunity.
