Yesterday I visited The Greenhouse Nursery at Montebello Design Centre in Newlands. I hadn’t visited in years and had forgotten what a magical spot it is. The Greenhouse is far from your run of the mill nursery. Run by mother and daughter team, Shirley and Kate, this is the place to go for unusual and unique plants and of course to soak up the peaceful atmosphere they’ve created. Taking a stroll through the nursery feels more like you’re wandering through a botanical garden with a gorgeous historic greenhouse at its centre. I highly recommend a visit!
