I wanted to share a few images from our recent Tapas & Styling workshop that Karoline and I held. Karoline put together an amazing plant-based tapas menu and together we created some beautiful platters and dishes. We had such a fun and interactive morning with the loveliest group of ladies.

‘Oysters and Champagne’ – with oyster mushrooms, Campari ‘caviar’, candied lemon zest, micro greens & edible flowers
Seed crackers – with cashew yoghurt, radish, micro greens, black sesame seeds, basil oil
Beetroot Salad – with cashew yoghurt, basil oil, mushroom soil and beetroot powder
Malva truffles – dark and light with beetroot and raspberry powder, and dried rose petals
