On Saturday I went on an awesome walk through Woodstock organised by Exposure Gallery. We all met at their shop in the Biscuit Mill and were given a Fuji X-M1 to play with. I love the retro look of this camera and the fact that it offers the quality of a digital SLR in a compact body. Perfect for carrying in your handbag, plus it allows for instant sharing via mobile devices!
After a brief demo from the Fujifilm team, we set off on a stroll through Woodstock. We headed along Albert Road and took a few side streets and finally ended up at Side St Studios. There are some amazing works of graffiti in this area which I’ve never seen before and Side St Studios is another happy discovery. Walking the backstreets and taking photos made me feel like I was a tourist in my own city which I thoroughly enjoyed.
These are a few photos from our morning and I’ll share some more tomorrow. Be sure to follow Exposure Gallery on facebook to find out about future walks and events.
