Last week I spent a few days at Work & Co which is Cape Town’s newest co-working space. Situated at the end of Bree Street near the foreshore, Work & Co takes up two upper floors of Touchstone House and has the most amazing 360 degree views of the city.
The fabulous interior was designed by top local interior designer, Andrea Graff, and it really impresses. Industrial fixtures combined with striking wallpapers, fantastic artworks and African inspired pieces create a warm and vibrant space. Fast internet and free coffee are obvious attractions as is the open-plan kitchen and plush lounge area.
They have a variety of options and packages which you can view here. Choose to have either a shared or private office or simply opt for a hot desk and pop in often as you need. This is great option for freelancers and professionals visiting the city. And of course it’s also a good way to connect with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
I love the flexibility of working from home but I did find I was super productive at Work & Co… no cat, kitchen and house chores to distract me! I’m definitely considering joining them once a week.
