I’m off to India at the end of September and I am so excited! India has been on my bucket list for many years now and I thought I’d finally take the leap. I’ll be exploring Rajasthan which is India’s largest state, situated in the north and known for its fairy-tale palaces and epic forts.
Jaipur, The Pink City, is definitely on the cards and a visit to Caffé Palladio is a must for me. Decorated in dreamy pastel pinks and corals with a glamorous old world feeling, it was love at first sight. Together, Italian owner Barbara Miolini and Dutch designer Marie-Anne Oudejans, have created a magical world where West meets East.
“Inspired by Sicily and her cuisine, an island with a history spanning both Italian and Arab cultures, Caffé Palladio Jaipur recreates the exotic loveliness of Visconti’s masterpiece “Il Gattopardo”, a world of sun-drenched palazzi & perfumed gardens.”
Can you blame me for wanting to visit?

You can also visit sister restaurant, Bar Palladio, for evening drinks and to enjoy the sumptuous blue surrounds. With wandering peacocks, a garden of tented canopies and elaborate decor, this looks just as tempting.
