Minimalist essentials for your home this Winter

Minimalist interior
With the change of seasons and winter on the way, it’s time to get the heaters out of storage and add some extra warmth to your home. I’m always drawn to cosy textures and neutrals for winter and wish that my home could have more of that minimalist Scandi-inspired look.

Today I’m sharing a few ideas for your home and how to get that pared-back look. Thanks to MagPie Photography for the great images.

Choose simple pieces with clean lines and opt for ply and raw wood finishes. Start with a neutral palette and then add subtle pops of colour.

This beautiful light in Birch plywood from Minima fits the bill and creates a lovely statement piece.

Textures and fleece are key. This large handmade floor cushion from Pomme Pomme is the perfect accessory and also adds to that craft appeal.
