With winter still in full swing in Cape Town, there’s nothing like finding a cosy fireplace to curl up next to. Whether its a fireplace in your home or a restaurant, it only makes sense to have your wood stash nearby. A sturdy basket or crate will do but I do prefer it when a storage area has been pre-planned and actually built into the space. I’ve gathered some images to inspire and give you some creative ideas when it comes to storing your firewood.
